Jennifer Macks is a Registered Nurse with more than 25 years of experience in nursing and over 20 years of dedicated service at Billings Clinic. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management degree and currently serves as the Nurse Manager of the Intermediate Care Unit, a critical care area at Billings Clinic.
Outside of her professional role, Jennifer is married, a proud mother of two daughters, and a grandmother to five grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family and her two four‑legged sons.
